Terms of Use

These terms apply when you use Treasi, including our comparison pages, the Treasi score and any quote requests you make. By using Treasi or creating an account, you agree to them.

What Treasi does

Treasi helps businesses compare corporate cards, foreign exchange providers, business banking and payment processing in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom.

Treasi is an information service. We do not provide financial, legal or tax advice, and we are not a bank, lender or payment provider. Any product you take out is an agreement between you and that provider.

Your account

You must be at least 18 and acting on behalf of a business to create an account. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

The information you give us, including your questionnaire answers, should be accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Your Treasi score and estimates

Your Treasi score, savings estimates and currency risk levels are calculated from the answers you provide and published provider information. They are estimates to help you decide what to look into, not guarantees of savings or outcomes.

Provider information

We work to keep provider fees, rates and features accurate, but providers can change their terms at any time. Always confirm the details with the provider before you sign up.

Quote requests

When you request a quote, we share your contact details and, with your explicit agreement, your questionnaire answers with the provider you chose. That provider may then contact you directly.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Treasi, including by scraping content, interfering with the site, submitting false information or posting reviews you are not entitled to post. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Reviews

Reviews must reflect your genuine experience with a provider. We may remove reviews that are misleading, abusive or unrelated.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Treasi is not liable for decisions you make based on information on the site, or for any loss arising from your dealings with a provider.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will let account holders know.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
